Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead ROI driven CPC and CPA based, cost-effective Google Ads marketing campaigns for different Indian and International clients. Your role will involve end-to-end campaign management, including ideation, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and optimization to generate results. You will conduct keyword research, maintain and monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics. Additionally, you will drive campaign optimizations through experiments and new initiatives such as A/B testing ad formats, copies, bidding strategy, and channel-spend-mix. Your responsibilities will also include campaign analytics, competitor advertising strategy analysis, collaboration with internal teams for landing page creation, user experience optimization, ad copy and landing page optimization, creative performance analysis, budget management, and brainstorming growth strategies in the digital space. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end campaign activities from ideation to execution, monitoring, evaluation, and optimization - Conduct keyword research and maintain important account metrics - Drive campaign optimizations through experiments and new initiatives - Measure and report campaign performances against goals - Analyze competitor advertising strategies - Collaborate with internal teams for landing page creation and user experience optimization - Optimize ad copy and landing pages for better results - Analyze creative performance - Manage campaign budgets - Brainstorm and execute growth strategies in the digital space Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline with Google Ads Certification preferred - 4-6 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) - Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, Youtube Ads) and Google Analytics - Analytical approach, data-driven thought process, and optimization mindset - Ability to think creatively, work independently, and own tasks in a fast-paced environment - Startup mentality with a bias for action and flexibility in a fast-paced environment - Competency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
