Job Description

You are a highly experienced professional with over 5 years of experience, looking to lead ROI-driven CPC and CPA-based Google Ads marketing campaigns for various Indian and international clients. Your responsibilities will include managing campaigns from ideation to execution, monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance to achieve desired results. You will conduct keyword research, maintain and monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important metrics. As part of your role, you will drive campaign optimizations through experiments and new initiatives, such as A/B testing ad formats, copies, bidding strategy, and channel-spend-mix. Additionally, you will be responsible for campaign analytics, measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns against set goals. You will also research and analyze competitor advertising strategies, collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, and optimize user experiences. To excel in this position, you must have proven 4-6 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC). You should possess in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics. An analytical approach, data-driven thought process, and optimization mindset are essential, along with creativity, ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your skillset should include competency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in running large-scale App Install campaigns, leading marketing in the Middle East and international markets, SEO optimization, and working with analytics and attribution platforms and ad exchanges will be advantageous.
