Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders and clients.
• Implement conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and audience segmentation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to improve landing page quality and ad relevance.
• Optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and other major ad platforms.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience in B2C campaign strategies and consumer-focused targeting.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, etc.).
• Experience in remarketing, dynamic ads, and funnel-based targeting.
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
