Key Responsibilities: - Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max. - Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copywriting. - Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through bid adjustments, quality score improvement, and A/B testing. - Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools. - Manage budgets effectively to ensure campaigns run within financial limits. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad assets such as text, images, and videos. - Stay updated with Google Ads policies and digital advertising trends. - Generate monthly client reports with actionable insights and improvement plans. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. - Google Ads Certification would be a plus. - Strong understanding of key metrics such as PPC, CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and optionally SEMrush/Ahrefs and Looker Studio. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Ability to handle multiple campaigns across diverse industries simultaneously.
