Google Ads (PPC) Fresher

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining a positive ROI. - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video. - Perform keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance. - Write compelling ad copies and test different ad creatives for optimization. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates. - Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and algorithm changes. - Generate detailed performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with business goals. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Certification in Google Ads (preferred). - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other SEM tools. - Excellent communication and copywriting skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
