About the Role:

We are looking for a Google Ads Expert who can drive high-quality, conversion-ready leads for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an agency environment and be confident in building and managing campaigns that deliver real results.

Note: Own laptop and a stable internet connection are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
• Create compelling ad copies and landing page suggestions to increase conversions.
• Monitor and manage ad budgets to maintain a positive ROI.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools.
• Report weekly lead performance and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through paid ads.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
