Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kaladi for a Gold Loan Officer. The officer will be responsible for assessing the value of gold collateral, processing loan applications, servicing existing loans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include verifying customer credentials, appraising gold items, managing loan disbursals, and educating customers on the loan terms and services offered by Manappuram Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in appraisal and valuation of gold jewelry
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in record-keeping and managing loan documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in finance or banking is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
