Ensure fulfillment of customer’s gold loan requirement Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and saltwater. Ability to use touchstone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc. Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers Ensuring the right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone deduction etc Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage Languages - Tamil and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications Must have a Bike and a valid drivers license Should speak Tamil fluently
