About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our development team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Golang, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang (Go).
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust applications.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs, data storage solutions, and microservices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and concurrency patterns in Go.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building distributed systems or large-scale backend platforms.
• Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of DevOps workflows or cloud-native development.

• Type: Contractual (3+ Years)

• Compensation: As per industry standards and experience

Pay: ₹531,043.97 - ₹933,595.03 per year
