Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced GoAnywhere Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our GoAnywhere MFT (Managed File Transfer) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in GoAnywhere configuration, secure file transfer protocols, automation, and troubleshooting, along with excellent communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain GoAnywhere MFT platform and associated components. Manage secure file transfers via SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and other supported protocols. Create and maintain file transfer projects, workflows, and job schedules using GoAnywhere. Develop and maintain automation scripts and file transfer processes to support business needs. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve file transfer failures and performance issues. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to set up secure file transfers and resolve connectivity issues. Implement and enforce security controls and data protection policies related to file transfers. Maintain logs, reporting, and audit trails for compliance and operational oversight. Perform regular upgrades, patches, and ensure high availability of the MFT environment. Provide support during off-hours for critical file transfer issues, as needed. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience administering GoAnywhere MFT or other MFT solutions (e.g., Axway, MOVEit, Sterling). Strong understanding of file transfer protocols : SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, SCP. Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell, PowerShell, or Python . Experience with PGP encryption , certificates, keys management, and secure communications. Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, firewalls , and networking basics. Experience with automation , job scheduling , and workflow creation . Good understanding of compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or SOX. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud-based MFT deployments (e.g., GoAnywhere in AWS or Azure). Integration experience with ERP or legacy systems . Knowledge of SIEM tools and security monitoring. GoAnywhere certification (if available). ",
