About The Opportunity

• Provide direct nursing care to patients: administer prescribed medications, manage IV lines, and perform wound care following established protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs, maintain accurate nursing charts, and escalate clinical changes to senior clinicians promptly.
• Assist in procedures, emergency interventions, and patient transfers; maintain readiness for triage and acute response situations.
• Ensure infection control, aseptic techniques, and safe disposal of clinical waste to maintain a sterile environment.
• Deliver patient and family education on medication, post-discharge care, and preventive health measures to improve outcomes.
• Support ward operations: maintain supplies, assist with admissions/discharges, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for coordinated care.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• IV cannulation
• Medication administration
• Wound care and dressings
• Vital signs monitoring
• Infection control and aseptic technique
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  

Preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or nursing documentation systems
• Pediatric or maternal-child nursing skills
  

Minimum Qualifications

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Registered with the relevant State Nursing Council (valid nursing registration).
• Prior clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or community health setting preferred.
