Summary:
As an Executive Creative Director of Art you will collaborate closely with clients and the Accenture team, to manage the creative output for our global clients, ensuring all projects deliver best in class creatives. You will be responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of all creative tasks. Your role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, the ability to manage and inspire a team of creative professionals and provide thought leadership and expertise in all creative domains. You will be leading multiple workstreams, driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects with the overall aim of building client relationships and ensuring project success.

Maintain and grow our reputation as one of the worlds most creative and strategically driven companies.Grasp the client business at the highest level and determine how to drive growth; and consistently have a unique point of view on the brief.Create, adapt and manage the creative direction of master campaigns for global brands.Oversee the creative process, from ideation to execution, collaborating closely with operations, strategy, and production teams to ensure the best-in-class campaign delivery, to drive relevance and leadership across diverse markets.Identify creative opportunities, even for the most complex client challenges, pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing and storytelling.Champion inventive ideas beyond traditional advertising, fostering an environment that encourages innovation across social, digital, and emerging technology-driven experiences.Drive integration of creative work across platforms, ensuring seamless execution across omnichannel campaigns.Celebrate both creativity and effectiveness, balancing bold ideas with measurable business impact.Advocate for smart, breakthrough ideas, navigating constraints and challenges to bring ambitious concepts to life.Build and deepen client relationships, establishing trust through a strong understanding of their business, market landscape, and success metrics.
Professional & Technical
Skills:
Overall experience of 18+ years with at least 14+ years of branding, creative conceptualization & execution, or advertising experience as a Sr. Creative Director Art or related role, with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MNC.Bachelors degree (Minimum)in art/design/communication/copywriting or related field from A Listed communication/ design institute.In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment.Proven experience in the development of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for clients.Strong portfolio of published creative work on top brands across diverse categories.Proficiency in Graphic design and illustration software like (not limited to) Adobe illustrator, photoshop, Adobe Creative Suit etc. and Video editing and motion graphics tools.Knowledge of using AI and GenAI tools.Experience in working with senior management levels within existing organizations / client organizations.Good organizational and time management skills.Creative, collaborative spirit.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
