The Practice A Brief Sketch The practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner. The Content Strategy and Activation Consultant is a mid-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. You will work closely with our clients and will work on the development of integrated marketing and communications plans, providing creative expertise and hands-on delivery in the areas of brand strategy, creative development & execution and digital marketing. The Consultant typically has elaborate experience in developing and leading successful marketing and communications programs, with a focus on brand and social strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading client engagements in the development of holistic marketing and communications plans, including brand and social content strategy, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and market research. Defining brand purpose and strategic solutions like brand architecture, brand experience strategy, persona development & journey mapping, audience segmentation strategy etc. Conceptualizing, developing and driving creative solutions that build strong brands and achieve business results for clients. Social strategy, ideation and development including social media content audits, social listening, developing playbooks, social roadmaps, communication and campaign strategy. Leveraging experience with innovative thinking to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Building relationships with key client decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of brand and creative strategy. Working in a team of seasoned professionals & using relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials. Deploying strong analytical skills and drive result-oriented decisions with a Data-driven mindset Key Skills: Marketing or brand strategy, brand storytelling, understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion techniques, research, campaign management, brand content management, omni-channel campaign planning, design, execution and management; campaign reporting and analytics; advertising campaigns & promotions, social media strategy, UI/UX experience. In addition, in order to excel at the role, you will also need to Work with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership in the research/insights space . Ability to analyze large volumes of data and combine them with macroeconomic factors and competitive benchmarking to cull out insights relevant for stakeholder teams. Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations. Have strong communication and presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders. Have strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders. Have team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals. Possess strong leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members. Identify new opportunities, develop solutions and own proposals end to end. Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the brand and creative strategy offering. Read about us. Qualifications Job Qualifications Your experience counts! MBA from a tier 1 institute Overall experience of 6+ years with at least 6 years of branding, creative strategy, social strategy or advertising experience with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MNC. Proven experience in leading the development of integrated marketing and communications plans for clients. In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations. Hands-on experience and understanding of relevant tools / platforms Strong verbal communication skills. Good research, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong presentation skills and knowledge of using AI and GenAI tools. Experience in working across multiple industries. Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies and industries. Whats in it for you?
