Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a Consulting Professional, you will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement strategies that enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve business performance. - Provide design, functional, and implementation support for CPQ Tools like Salesforce, Conga, SAP Callidus, or any other tool. - Assess end-to-end CPQ processes to identify gaps, benchmark with best practices, and define target state processes standardized across geographies/business units. - Define user personas and user journeys. - Work with clients" sales organization to drive efficient and effective pricing and discounting approaches. - Facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and ensure buy-in for change readiness. Qualifications Required: - Experience working on large-scale Business/Operational Transformation projects. - Strong program management and people management skills. - Experience working with C-level executives. - Global exposure. - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. - Experience in global implementation, rollout, and UAT support. - Deep expertise in Pricing Analytics, advanced analytics, and visualization tools. - Structured approach to problem-solving. - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with C-level executives. - Desire to work in an information systems environment.
