You will be a Team Lead/Consultant based in Chennai, CDC5B, specializing in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ). Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. As a Consulting Professional, you will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement strategies aimed at improving business performance. Your key responsibilities will include providing design, functional, and implementation support for CPQ Tools such as Salesforce, Conga, SAP Callidus, or any other relevant tool. You will assess end-to-end CPQ processes, identify gaps, benchmark best practices, and help clients define standardized target state processes across geographies/business units. In addition, you will define user personas and user journeys, work on efficient pricing and discounting approaches, and facilitate stakeholder involvement and change readiness. To excel in this role, you should have experience in large-scale Business/Operational Transformation projects, strong program management/people management skills, and the ability to work with C-level executives. Global exposure, creative problem-solving skills, and expertise in Pricing Analytics and visualization tools are essential. You should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working closely with C-level executives. Professional and technical skills required for this role include relevant experience in the domain, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
