Description
The role of Analyst in Retail SAP at Accenture located in Gurugram, DDC1 involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As part of the Retail Industry practice within the Capability Network, you will provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. In this position, you will work with leading retailers globally to help clients transform their business capabilities to increase profits, engage customers, and enhance operations. You will be part of the Intelligent Functions team, supporting Platforms-driven business design and assessment, providing solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape, and working as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, scoping and defining solutions, explaining business benefits, and creating innovative solution designs. Additionally, you will support business development activities, work with sales teams in proposal generation, and be responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP. To excel in this role, you should bring forward problem-solving skills, strong project management abilities, effective presentation and public speaking skills, analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural competence. You will work with key stakeholders onshore and onsite, and your professional and technical skills should include relevant experience in the required domain, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on large-scale transformation and implementation delivery programs for global clients, served as an end-to-end SAP Solution / Functional Architect for multiple Request for Proposal (RFP) requests, and have experience in retail verticals. Client-facing experience and success in engagements are also desired qualities for this position.
