Full time MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution
2-15 years of work experience in top Strategy, Management, Technology Consulting firms, or Analytics firms for Insurance, Financial Services, or equivalent work experience as a Life or Property & Casualty insurer or broker
Industry certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII, desirable
Functional certifications in analytics, machine learning, automation, desirable
International work experience, and/or transferable work permit for countries like US or UK, would be a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Alteryx
Experience in delivering complex transformation programs in Insurance would be preferred
Experience in or around one or more among the following areas:
Intelligent operations
Intelligent Automation
Platform implementation (Duck Creek, Guidewire or Salesforce)
Analytics and machine learning
Group/ Employee Benefits
Digital strategy, digital marketing, customer experience

Deliver assigned Insurance projects spanning areas such as claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation and so on. expertise in Insurance value chain
Support the leadership in business development and drafting appropriate responses to win new business for Accenture
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and help the team liaison with other groups for successful project delivery
Build and leverage network within Accenture to bring the best of Accenture capabilities to the client
Help grow the practice and attract the best talent
Support asset development, contribute to thought leadership, staffing needs, and capacity building
Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:
Strong consulting and technology acumen
Expertise in insurance value chain spanning distribution, underwriting, policy, customer service
Expertise in at least one of the LoBs (Life, P&C), and/ or sub-LOBs (worker's comp, property, specialty, etc.)
Good client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle
Ability to produce high calibre reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators
Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment
