The Practice A Brief Sketch As a part of the High-Tech team, you will work with leading High-tech clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges. Let's infuse fresh thinking in the systems and turn new ideas into reality. As a part of the team, you'll help drive the following: Advise clients on the BRIM process based on the leading industry practices. Collaborate with client teams, including order management team, finance, andoperations, to ensure seamless execution. Utilize SAP BRIM platforms to manage and optimize subscription processes forclients. Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to client sales teams on order creation best practices. Ensure all client sales activities are documented and tracked in the system. Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papersand presentations, on High-Tech industry topics.About The Role :We are looking for a Functional Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience,specifically in the High-Tech industry, to join our team. The candidate should possessanalytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achievinggrowth and transformation.Key Responsibilities:Let us incorporate innovative thinking into our systems and transform new ideas into tangibleoutcomes. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the following: Become a member of the Intelligent Functions team, a crucial capabilitywithin our sub-industry areas to support Platforms-driven business design andassessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and businessprocess re-engineering. Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP BRIM landscape,providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle. Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues intime Effective presentation and communication skills Serve as an SAP Functional Consultant and assist with solutions for end-to[1]end request for proposal requests. Engage with clients to understand their requirements, scope, discover anddefine solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop aroadmap to achieve their objectives. Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive serviceofferings. Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams inproposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the deliveryapproach for SAP transformations. Oversee ERP integrations, including SAP, and assist in developing proof ofconcepts as required. Qualifications Your expertise counts! 2-5 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years with SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA)on SAP delivery engagements. Have supported the team during the initial project phases such as design and have agood understanding of one or more SAP BRIM modules, includingconfiguration/enhancement and end-to-end data flow. Experience in working on 1-2 transformation and implementation delivery programsfor global clients. Client-facing experience is plus. Experience in early project phases suchas design and blueprinting are also beneficial. MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school is definitely a plus. SAP BRIM Certification is also an added advantage.
