GMS - Senior - SAMS - Oracle licensing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the licensing industry, with a strong background in software licensing and SAM management. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage customer licenses and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Perform reconciliation analysis for different publishers and create customized reports. Analyze and consult on customer entitlements for multiple publishers. Provide SAM analysis and recommendations to clients. Lead project execution by managing tasks and supporting team members. Create reports and documentation as per engagement requirements. Serve as the Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries in delivery of GSDC services. Execute individual tasks on projects based on guidance provided by Managers and provide task-specific & cross-service training for associated/eligible team members. Support the manager in managing team’s utilization and manage the quality of engagement deliverables across assigned team members, ensuring 100% adherence to Quality standards. Accurately complete and submit the Quality Checklist for each task, ensuring 100% process adherence and delivery within the defined SLA. ### Job Requirements Strong methodical skills and analytical abilities. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and motivate team members. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Solid problem-solving and consultative skills. Understanding of different publisher licensing models and copyright knowledge for software licensing. SAM Accreditation is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Highly motivated and result-oriented with a quality-oriented personality. Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems, and maintain healthy group dynamics. Ability to provide guidance to the team based on management direction and professionally interact with people of diverse cultures and regions. Ability to juggle multiple projects/activities simultaneously and create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
