GM/Head Structural Design

You are a qualified and experienced Structural Design professional looking to join a prominent player in the Indian real estate industry in Mumbai. Holding a B.Tech and M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering, you will be responsible for the structural design and execution of high-rise residential and group housing projects. Your role will require expertise in structural systems, design coordination, procurement strategies, and contract administration. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Contracts and Procurement for large-scale residential projects - Proficient in Project Feasibility Analysis and Structural Cost Estimation - Skilled in Reviewing and Coordinating Technical and Commercial Specifications - Strong cross-functional collaboration with Design, Legal, and Finance teams - Expertise in Vendor Prequalification, Tendering, Negotiation, and Contract Management - Focused on delivering efficient, customer-centric procurement and timely project execution Qualifications & Experience: - B.Tech and M.Tech (Regular) in Civil or Structural Engineering. - Additional certification in Structural Analysis, Design Codes, or relevant software tools preferred. - 12+ years of progressive experience in structural design within real estate or infrastructure. - Extensive knowledge of structural systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. - Proficient in design codes (IS, BS, ACI, Eurocodes) and standards for concrete and steel structures. - Proven track record in coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, and construction teams. - Experience in reviewing and validating structural designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
