GM/AGM - Sales

As a GM/AGM - Sales at the corporate office in Noida, your role involves preparing and executing sales & marketing strategies to achieve assigned targets for residential and commercial projects. You will strategize for new product positioning, launch, and develop marketing budgets in consultation with top management. Your responsibilities include maximizing sales revenue and project profitability, conceptualizing new schemes & promotional offers, and guiding sales pitches to close maximum transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage direct sales through a team of young & middle-level professionals - Enroll, train, and motivate channel partners - Design metrics to set monthly sales targets and oversee team performance - Maintain cordial relations with internal & external stakeholders - Ensure proper execution & documentation of agreements and allotments - Liaise with banks and financial institutions for faster loan processing and financing options In terms of marketing, you will be responsible for lead generation through online & offline mediums, managing the entire process from lead generation to closing sales transactions, and monitoring market research to identify strategic partners and best practices. You will also work with communication and media agencies for the right marketing mix aligned with organizational goals and participate in national & international property events.
