Job Title: Project Manager Luxury Residential Construction Location: Pune, India Experience Required: 10+ Years Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure Project Type: High-End Luxury Residential Buildings About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of luxury residential projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering premium residential projects to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Lead the overall execution of luxury high-rise residential projects from concept to handover. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery. Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets; ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Track expenses and ensure project stays within budget without compromising quality. Quality Assurance & Safety: Implement and monitor stringent quality control procedures for luxury construction standards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety norms, and company policies. Vendor & Contractor Management: Evaluate and onboard contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and standards. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a single point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including contracts, approvals, and permits. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
