The position of GM/AGM - Sales at our Corporate Office in Noida requires a candidate with 12-15 years of experience in sales. As the GM/AGM - Sales, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with top management to develop new product positioning, marketing budgets, and sales flow. Your role will involve maximizing sales revenue and project profitability while minimizing business risks. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing schemes and promotional offers to enhance sales velocity. Additionally, you will guide the sales team in preparing effective sales pitches and managing direct sales through a team of young and middle-level sales professionals. It will be your responsibility to enroll, train, and motivate channel partners, as well as design metrics to set monthly sales targets for team members. Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managing their expectations will be crucial in this role. You will oversee the proper execution and documentation of sales-related processes such as applications, agreements, and allotments. Furthermore, you will work towards efficient liaison with banks and financial institutions to facilitate faster loan processing and structure financing options for customers. In the marketing domain, you will lead lead generation activities through various mediums and manage the entire process from lead generation to sale closure. Market research will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to identify strategic partners and best practices. Collaboration with communication and media agencies, as well as organizing national and international property events, will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a post-graduate degree in Sales & Marketing (MBA) and possess strong strategic thinking abilities to drive project sales effectively.
