As a Sales and After-sales Service Operations Manager in the two-wheeler division, your role involves leading and managing all operational aspects related to sales and after-sales service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure service excellence. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for the division. - Overseeing dealership performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing team productivity. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and business partners. - Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. - Mentoring and leading cross-functional teams across sales and service departments. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in sales and after-sales service operations management. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and inspire cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and customer service best practices. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work schedule is during day and morning shifts at the designated in-person work location.
