You will be joining Investors Clinic Infratech Private Limited, a leading real estate services company in India with 18 years of experience. As a Sales Associate, AGM, DGM, GM, VP & Sr VP, your role will involve on-site full-time responsibilities in Gurugram, Faridabad & Noida. Your main tasks will include team building, engaging with potential clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and presenting suitable property options. On a daily basis, you will be conducting property tours, creating sales presentations, assisting customers through the buying process, and providing post-sale support. It will be crucial for you to maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure regular follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales or customer service, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to understand and explain market trends and property specifics. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office is essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is required, and knowledge of the local real estate market in Gurugram is preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be a definite advantage.
