Unit Design - a. Unit Books
b. Final Specifications and Area statements, Unit plans.
• Saptapatha KPIs and outcomes - Coordinate and establish KPIs across 7 strands.
a. Demand Minimisation
b. Demand Optimisation
c. Closed Looping for Long-term sustainability.
• Ensure document management protocols are established and implemented across teams.
• Custodian of the latest information in each project
• Create and maintain a communications matrix.
• Archival of stage-wise information and decisions.
And any other responsibilities that may come up from time to time.
