Job Description

Responsible for all Manufacturing Operations of the Unit especially operational efficiencies, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdowns etc Ensuring increase in production , asset capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards Facilitate coordination amongst production, technical, quality & other departments Drive production process improvement initiatives on the Shop Floor Oversee performance for all activities of staff and workers; and ensure improvement for day to day operation in plant Encourage and promote operations in continuous improvement environment Develop and implement SOPs, Policies and Procedures Implement processes for culture building Coordinate execution of KRAs, performance appraisal process and training programs BE, 20-25 years' experience, 45 - 50 years' of age, Rs. 15-18 lakhs per annum
