Role & responsibilities Source, pre-screen and attract candidates for hiring opportunities using recruiting portals like CareerBuilder, Indeed and LinkedIn. Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system like JobDiva/ Bullhorn/ Ceipal in a timely manner. Conduct candidate connect and pre-screen candidate engagement activities via phone and email. Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted via VMS for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Monitor recruitment metrics/ KPIs and use data-driven insights. Ensure weekly/ monthly/quarterly dashboards are updated to continuously improve hiring effectiveness This position requires Recruiters to work from our office in Bavdhan, Pune for a minimum of 4 days a week. The working hours will be from 6pm to 2am India time Preferred candidate profile Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B, TN Visa Holders and an understanding of W2, 1099 Corp to Corp. Experience recruiting, H1s, Citizens, GCs, OPTs and EADs consultants Experience working in the fast paced VMS requirement Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing and Job Portal and End to End Recruitment.
