Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations Rooms, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, HR, and Finance.
  • Drive operational KPIs, cost control, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure high-quality guest experiences and brand compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams for service excellence.
  • Collaborate with Group GM and corporate office for reporting and reviews.
  • Monitor property P&L, budgets, and operational audits.
  • Demonstrates complete ownership for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Acts with accountability, deliver results, not reasons.
  • Brings a problem-solving mindset to every challenge.
  • Takes initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Fosters a culture of responsibility and continuous learning within your team.

Profile Requirements

  • Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent with 12+ years of hotel leadership
  • experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end operations in a branded property.
  • Strong financial understanding and customer orientation.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
