Job Description

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the branding efforts of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering Brand Manual to ensure consistent messaging across all mediums. - Exercising complete control over branding to maintain consistency. - Implementing strategies for enhanced brand recognition and market presence. - Leading CSR activities and integrating effective branding efforts. - Strategizing gifting initiatives for client relationship enhancement. - Driving brand awareness through strategically planned festival/event-based branding initiatives both offline and online. - Overseeing digital marketing campaigns for effective reach. - Leading the planning and execution of project launches and events. - Strategizing lead generation initiatives and maintaining consistency in messaging across presentations and brochures. - Managing compliances for Group websites and public marketing documents. - Ensuring trademark and copyright compliance. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in ongoing project marketing activities such as formulating marketing strategies, managing budgets, influencing consumer behavior, ensuring consistency in project signage, and executing PR and engagement activities. You will be responsible for providing monthly review reports on branding standards at delivered projects, implementing corrective measures for corporate branding hygiene, controlling marketing budgets for delivered units, and executing PR and engagement activities for sustained consumer interest. Furthermore, you will oversee public relations and media management, digital and offline marketing campaigns, and the formulation and management of the marketing budget to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. You will also have additional responsibilities including implementing branding initiatives for HR-related events, leading the creation and distribution of newsletters, providing monthly construction updates, developing branding strategies for channel partners, and executing specific tasks assigned by the Management. This is a Full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work location is in person, and the schedule is a day shift.,
