GM - Business Development & Land Acquisition

As a Business Development Professional with expertise in end-to-end deal making, you will be responsible for independently sourcing and closing large transactions. Your role will involve handling real estate investments and business development activities, focusing on making sound investments with high ROI for the company. You will play a key role in sourcing deals, understanding market dynamics, directly engaging with land owners, facilitating technical and legal due diligence processes, and successfully concluding transactions. The ideal candidate for this role will possess substantial Business Development and Investment experience in the MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region). A strong network of brokers in the MMR area, coupled with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and approval processes, will be highly beneficial. To excel in this position, you should have a solid background with 5-10 years of experience in business development and strategy roles.
