Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global University Onboarding Manager located in Rohini. The Global University Onboarding Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partner universities, facilitating the onboarding process for new academic programs, and supporting students through their educational journeys. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise, and continuously improving the onboarding experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with university representatives, handling administrative duties, and ensuring alignment with Aimlay's mission and values.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: Experience in onboarding International universities

• Sales Strategy

  : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our footprint in the university market.

• University Acquisition

  : Identify, prospect, and acquire new university partners, presenting our product offerings and demonstrating their value.

• Relationship Management

  : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decisionmakers.

• Customized Solutions

  : Work closely with universities to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges and goals aligned with our product offerings.

• Negotiation

  : Lead MOU negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
