Role description The Global Travel Experience Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of international and domestic travel arrangements for the organization. This role requires managing travel experience for employees, travel supply chain management and compliance with various travel requirement, it will include planning and managing enterprise travel budget, policy, process design and improvement. It will require an understanding of global travel practices and commitment toward safe and compliant travel arrangements. 1.Prepare and deploy Global travel policy and SOP in line with industry best practices and in collaboration with TTL stake holders. 2.Manage travel experience at target levels and take actions of improvement and issue resolution. 3.iTravel tool sustenance and improvements base d on traveller feedback and organization requirements. 4.Travel metric managementPolicy compliance Goal 90% +Cost Efficienc y per travel unit Improvement of 10% compared to FY24 adjusted to inflation.Travel satisfaction Setting baseline and improve 5.Supply Chain Management Negotiate contracts and rates with travel vendors to ensure the best possible terms and savings for the organizationEvaluate and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery 6.CommunicationEffective global commu nication to travellers on travel services, s and awareness 7.SLA Compliance for travel services Time to confirm travel servi ces 24 hrsTime to reconcile financial statements 3 daysHelpdesk support / Escalation management for query resolution sam e day 8.Business Travel Visa Management:Understanding of Business Visa processing requirements for global destinations and all e mployee bases.
