Global Startup Sales Fellow (Zero-Fee Training & Placement)
Digeto partners with the world's most innovative startups to help them scale globally. We are recruiting top talent for our exclusive, fully-sponsored Digeto Global Scale-Up Sales Fellowship at our Indian Global Capability Center (GCC).
This is a unique, full-time opportunity to be hired as a Sales Development Fellow, receive world-class training with zero cost to you, and be fast-tracked into a high-earning sales role supporting the international expansion of top startups.
The Opportunity: Intensive Training & Placement Guarantee
This is a highly selective, rigorous program designed to transition high-potential individuals into front-line, revenue-generating sales roles.
Phase 1: The Accelerator (12 Weeks, Fully Paid Training)
1-Zero-Fee Training: This fellowship is a fully paid investment in your career. There is absolutely no tuition, fee, or Income Share Agreement (ISA) required from the candidate.
2-Elite Curriculum: Master modern B2B and B2C sales and train in data-driven prospecting techniques for global markets (US, EU, APAC, Middle East).
3-Digeto Advantage: You'll learn how sales growth directly impacts startup valuation and how to execute international market entry strategies.
Phase 2: Placement & Scaling (Full-time Role)
* Upon successful completion, you will be formally interviewed and placed into a full-time, salaried Sales role with a fast-growing Digeto partner startup, working out of our GCC.
* Your mission will be to generate qualified leads, prospect into new global markets, and set strategic meetings for our Venture Partners/Founders abroad.
Requirements (The Ideal Candidate)
* minimum two years of sales professional experience (recent graduates and early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply).
* High energy, resilience, and a proven ability to learn quickly.
* Exceptional command of written and verbal English.
* Demonstrable interest in technology, startups, and global business. A first experience in a startup is an advantage.
* International experience (client facing roles, education...).
