As a Travel and Expense System Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will be an integral part of the global team working towards transforming how global Travel and Expense operations are managed within the organization. Your responsibilities will include actively supporting the definition of global principles, strategy, and standards for travel and expenses system landscape, as well as being the expert for the current blueprint T&E application Concur. You will collaborate with colleagues from HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance to align development efforts with the overall vision and goals of Travel & Expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Support in defining global principles, strategy, and standards for T&E in collaboration with HR, Finance, and Procurement teams - Act as an advisor for defining future global processes for Travel & Expenses at Siemens Energy - Coordinate SAP Concur implementations and associated T&E business processes in an already mature Concur deployed landscape - Utilize E2E knowledge of SAP Concur to identify new features, opportunities, and propose continuous improvement measures Qualifications Required: - Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - 3-5 years of experience with SAP Concur modules and functionality in a global organization - Experience with T&E associated business processes such as expense audit and corporate card administration - Fluency in English for effective communication with global teams and customers - Self-directed with strong organizational and planning skills - Forward-thinking approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement About Siemens Energy: Siemens Energy is a leading energy technology company with a global presence and a commitment to sustainable and reliable energy solutions.
