Position Summary:
The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand global customer relationships, and enhance market share for our semiconductor OSAT services. This role requires a deep understanding of the semiconductor value chain, customer requirements, and industry dynamics, particularly in the outsourced assembly and test sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on OSAT services. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding global sales targets. • Deep knowledge of semiconductor packaging, testing, and supply chain processes. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience working in a cross-cultural, international business environment. • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% globally). Preferred Attributes: • Technical background in electrical engineering or materials science. • Fluency in multiple languages (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is a plus. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
