Global Reporting Analyst

In your role as an LTRA Global Reporting in Pune, India, as part of the NCT team, you will play a crucial part in the bank's understanding of the profitability of each business activity and the management of financial resources. Your responsibilities include producing and distributing intraday reporting for cash and securities positions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting management in intraday liquidity risk modeling. Your Key Responsibilities: - Produce various liquidity reports, analyze variances, and provide commentary. - Prepare reconciliations at the product/feed level. - Run daily T+1 intraday liquidity reporting for various Financial Market Utilities (FMUs) and distribute to key stakeholders. - Perform periodic calculation of intraday liquidity modelled outflows for stress testing. - Conduct regular internal management reporting and analysis of intraday liquidity metrics to identify trends and business drivers. - Perform ad-hoc analyses and communicate results to key stakeholders. - Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure accurate and complete report production. - Standardize and streamline processes and implement a governance framework. - Implement a robust control framework for processes and ensure adherence. - Engage in change projects and support Treasury Liquidity Management on Franchise initiatives/projects. Your Skills And Experience: - Strong data analysis skills & attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Fair understanding of various banking products. - Hands-on experience with reporting and analytical tools like Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx. - Previous experience in production and review of BAU reports, validation and control, analysis, and provision of business commentary. - Preferred background in investment banking and understanding of regulatory reporting within a banking environment or Treasury function. Liquidity reporting experience is preferable but not mandatory. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
