Global Network Management, NCT

Role Overview: Global Network Management (GNM) at Deutsche Bank is responsible for managing external entity relationships globally, aiming to provide a competitive network management service while balancing costs, quality, and risk factors. As part of the GNM India Team, you will be involved in account setup, control activities, relationship forums with stakeholders, project work on process optimization, and oversight of regulatory obligations such as MiFID II and CASS. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the global external entity network, internal DB Business Owners, and Operations teams to ensure successful completion of account setup and maintenance activities - Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and reporting requirements, particularly CASS and MiFID II - Collaborate with Global GNM team, Global Reconciliation Group (GRG), Nostro Management (NM), and Treasury Team to resolve control discrepancies and address ad hoc queries - Respond promptly and effectively to adhoc queries and investigations focused on resolving account related discrepancies - Focus on the control and governance aspect of the process and collaborate with different teams Qualifications Required: - Prior experience working with Agent Banks, Custodian operations, and network management teams - Experience with nostro and Depot account set ups and maintenance - High attention to detail, strong excel and presentation skills preferred - Understanding of CASS and SCAF regulations preferred - Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and work within tight time frames - Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with team members across multiple locations Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank fosters a culture of empowerment, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
