Job Description

The Global Network Management (GNM) team at Deutsche Bank is responsible for managing external entity relationships across all major business lines globally. Based in Bangalore, India, the GNM India Team acts as an account setup and control hub, working on behalf of the global team to manage cash and securities maintained by Deutsche Bank worldwide. Key responsibilities of the GNM India Team include liaising with agent bank networks and various DB business lines for timely setup of accounts, hosting relationship forums with internal stakeholders, and working on projects for process optimization. The team also ensures oversight, control, and reporting to comply with regulatory obligations such as MiFID II and CASS. The GNM India Team manages the opening and closing of all nostro and depot accounts under external entity relationships globally. They collaborate closely with the GNM Recertification and Due Diligence teams to ensure accuracy of information and timely due diligence on agent bank networks. Key Responsibilities: - Work with external entity network, internal DB Business Owners, and Operations teams to ensure successful completion of account setup and maintenance activities - Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and reporting requirements - Collaborate with various teams to investigate and resolve control discrepancies and address ad hoc queries - Respond promptly to account-related queries and discrepancies - Focus on control and governance aspects of the process while collaborating with different teams Skill and Experience Requirements: - Prior experience in working with Agent Banks, Custodian operations, and network management teams - Strong attention to detail, excel, and presentation skills - Understanding of CASS and SCAF regulations preferred - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently - Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members across locations Training, development, coaching, and a culture of continuous learning are provided to support career progression at Deutsche Bank.
