The role of a Global MVNO/MNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator/Mobile Network Operator) Commercial Contract Lead involves managing and negotiating commercial contracts with Global MVNO and MNO partners. This includes overseeing wholesale, interconnect, voice and SMS, and roaming agreements to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecommunications, contract management, and commercial negotiations. Responsibilities include developing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts with Global MVNO and MNO partners. This includes Wholesale, Interconnect, Voice and SMS, and Roaming agreements while ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals. The role also involves maintaining contract records, leading negotiations for favorable terms, and collaborating with legal and finance teams to meet legal and financial requirements. Relationship management is crucial, requiring the establishment and maintenance of strong partnerships with Global MVNO and MNO partners. Acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial contract-related matters, the Commercial Contract Lead addresses and resolves any issues or disputes that may arise. Compliance and risk management are essential aspects of the role, ensuring that all contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with commercial contracts while monitoring and reporting on contract performance and compliance is part of the responsibility. Strategic planning is key, involving the development and implementation of strategies to enhance contract management processes. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on contract-related matters and staying updated on industry trends are also important. Financial oversight is necessary, including analyzing the financial implications of contracts, negotiating cost-effective solutions, monitoring contract budgets, and ensuring financial objectives are met. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Telecommunications, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or professional certification in contract management or telecommunications considered a plus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial contract management, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Proven experience in negotiating and managing commercial contracts with MVNOs and MNOs, including wholesale, interconnect, voice and SMS, and roaming agreements is essential. Key skills for this role include a strong understanding of MVNO and MNO operations and the telecommunications industry, excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,
