Global Information Security Lead

As the Global Information Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Own and manage the Global Information Security Operations, ensuring accountability for the security posture of the organization. - Identify, mitigate, and manage Revenue, Financial, and Brand risks to the organization. - Stay updated on emerging information security threats, vulnerabilities, and control techniques. - Build and lead a team of cyber and technology professionals globally to handle security across On-Premise and Cloud environments. - Drive cyber security architecture, technology, and resiliency processes with a focus on governance and risk management. - Conduct independent risk assessments and challenge control designs, with hands-on skills for analysis and assessments. Ensure compliance with standards such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR. - Design and implement security solutions across all security domains to manage evolving threats and regulations effectively. - Possess strong technical expertise in information security architecture, tools, firewalls, intrusion detection, remediation, and SOC operations. - Develop strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, handling conflicts effectively to achieve impactful results. - Collaborate with Global site support staff, including Hardware, Software, and network technicians, to implement, train, and address security aspects. - Manage and enhance components of Global Information Security Operations, focusing on Hybrid Infrastructure security, Asset Detection & Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Business continuity, Threat Intelligence, and Risk Mitigation. In terms of qualifications, the role requires: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - CISSP and/or CISM certification (or the ability to attain within 12 to 18 months of hire). - 5+ years of experience in cyber and network security solutions design and implementation in a multi-tiered web-based environment. - 10+ years of related management experience, including people management and project/program management. - 10+ years in Information Technology roles with progressive technical and management responsibilities. - Knowledge of securing dynamic private and public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, Google Compute. - Familiarity with common information security management frameworks and up-to-date knowledge of information security methodologies and trends. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have: - Extensive project management experience with large multi-faceted projects. - Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
