Global Information Security Lead

As the Global Information Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information security operations to ensure the protection of the organization from various risks. You will lead a team of cyber and technology professionals and drive the cyber security architecture, technology, and resiliency processes across On-Premise and Cloud environments. Your role will involve identifying, mitigating, and managing revenue, financial, and brand risks, as well as maintaining continuous awareness of emerging information security threats and control techniques. - Own and manage the Global Information Security Operations, ensuring accountability for the security posture of the organization. - Identify, mitigate, and manage Revenue, Financial, and Brand risks, implementing necessary controls and measures. - Build and lead a Global team of cyber and technology professionals to manage security across On-Premise and Cloud environments. - Drive cyber security architecture, technology, and resiliency processes, demonstrating strong governance and risk management. - Lead independent risk assessments, challenge control design and effectiveness, and conduct gap assessments per laws and regulations. - Design and implement security solutions across all security domains to manage evolving threats and regulations comprehensively. - Develop strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and handle conflict resolution effectively. - Collaborate with Global site support staff to implement, train, and take corrective actions on security aspects. - Manage and mature components of Global Information Security Operations, including Hybrid Infrastructure security, Asset Detection & Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Business continuity, Threat Intelligence, and Risk Mitigation. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. - CISSP and/or CISM certification (or ability to attain within 12 to 18 months of hire). - 5+ years of experience in cyber and network security solutions design and implementation in a multi-tiered web-based environment. - 10+ years of related management experience, including people management and project/program management. - Extensive knowledge of information security frameworks, methodologies, and trends in both business and IT. - Project management experience with large multi-faceted projects and excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards.,
