The opportunity As the overseer of HR Master Data and HR Reporting teams, you will play a crucial role in the development and enforcement of data quality standards. Your responsibilities will include implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring data integrity, and providing high-quality standard reporting. These efforts will empower businesses to make well-informed decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. How you will make an impact: - Manage a global team effectively. - Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures. - Oversee HR Master Data architecture and governance. - Ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and governance of employee and organization data. - Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with data teams to define and maintain data governance frameworks. - Lead initiatives to resolve data quality issues and monitor improvements. - Create detailed reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics. - Build and deliver a standard set of reports and develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards based on business requirements and agreed standards. - Improve and automate processes to ensure timely and high-quality company official reporting. Your background: - Bachelor/Masters degree in a related field (or equivalent related qualifications). - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management, such as GDPR or HIPAA. - Professional change management qualifications (ideally ADKAR knowledge but not mandatory). - Strong experience in data management principles and data governance frameworks. - Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders. - Capacity to mobilize others in a virtual environment. - Coordinate and engage with individuals from diverse cultures and professional backgrounds. - Project Management experience is a plus. - Language: English Proficiency.
