Global HEOR Economic Modelling Senior Associate

As a Health Economic Modeler at our company, your role involves designing and developing global core health economic models for products at various stages of development and launch. This includes utilizing cost-effectiveness/cost-utility techniques such as markov and partitioned survival models. Key responsibilities include: - Programming models in software like Excel, R, or Python to ensure accurate integration of clinical, real-world data, epidemiological inputs, and economic inputs. - Conducting statistical analyses of clinical trial and real-world data to generate inputs like treatment effects, survival extrapolations, resource use, and health utility estimates. - Designing and conducting advanced evidence synthesis including network meta-analyses (NMA) and matching-adjusted indirect comparisons (MAIC) to inform comparative effectiveness. - Implementing various scenario and sensitivity analyses to test model robustness. - Delivering model structure, programmed model, technical report, user's guide, and presentation files and publications. - Collaborating closely with team lead and HEOR Product Leads to ensure economic models align with product strategy. - Interpreting complex economic findings for technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: - **Education**: Bachelors or Masters degree in health economics, econometry, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering, or related field. - **Experience**: 3+ years for Masters degree and 5+ years for Bachelors degree in economic modeling within pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting setting. Hands-on experience in developing cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, and NMA/MAIC. Proficiency with Excel, R, SAS, or STATA. - **Skills & Competencies**: Excellent English communication, strong quantitative and analytical skills, project management abilities, and innovative use of artificial intelligence for efficiency. - **Organizational Behaviors**: Effective cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem-solving approach, and ability to work in a global team across time zones and cultures.,
