Global FP&A Senior Manager

You will lead the compilation, analysis, and reporting of global Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial performance to ensure accuracy and consistency across all regions. Your responsibilities include reviewing forward-looking financial plans and forecasts, conducting comprehensive financial analysis, designing global cost allocation models, and delivering management reports tailored to the senior global leadership team's needs. Additionally, you will maintain a centralized database of financial and technical data, support supply chain cost analysis, collaborate with Group Accounting during month-end close, and prepare high-quality financial reports and presentations for various executive forums. You will actively participate in global finance transformation projects, provide ad-hoc analytical support to the leadership team, and engage in market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking. Qualifications: - MBA or MBA with CA or CA with relevant FP&A experience - Minimum of 5 years FP&A experience in Pharma or FMCG industries - Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation tools like Power BI - Expertise in global cost allocation, planning systems, and management reporting tools - Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach - Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize effectively - Fluency in English is mandatory Your role will be crucial in driving financial performance analysis, ensuring efficient cost control, and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the organization.,
