Job Description

As a Global Finance Analyst focusing on Power BI Analysis & Insight at Lloyds Register, your role involves converting financial data into informative visual reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making. You will be responsible for building automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools. Additionally, you will extract data from various sources, transform raw data into meaningful insights, and support Senior leadership teams, Executive Leadership Teams, and FP&A leads with data visualization and business analytics results. Your role will also include supporting FP&A ad hoc analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools - Extract data from various sources and transform raw data into meaningful insights - Support Senior leadership teams, Executive Leadership Teams, and FP&A leads with data visualization and business analytics results - Conduct FP&A ad hoc analysis Qualifications Required: - Qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA) currently operating at a senior finance level in a global organization - Experience in handling data preparation, collection, organizing, cleaning data to extract valuable insights - Data modeling experience and understanding of technologies such as OLAP, statistical analysis, computer science algorithms, databases, etc. - Knowledge and experience working with Business Intelligence tools and systems like SAP, Tableau, etc. - Ability to drill down and visualize data effectively using charts, reports, or dashboards generated using Power BI - Strong communication skills As someone who is keen to take accountability and ownership for delivering customer needs, you are expected to self-manage and prioritize tasks towards achieving goals. You should be effective at problem-solving, troubleshooting, and making timely decisions, while also being flexible, eager to take initiatives, and communicate in a structured way. Additionally, you are encouraged to display a team spirit in a multicultural environment, respond positively to learning opportunities, and be comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone.
