Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain SAP Basis systems and related satellite applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP Basis systems, performing regular health checks and applying patches and updates as necessary.
Coordinate with third-party data center providers to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues promptly.
Support and participate in various infrastructure projects, including network, server, and storage management.
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective infrastructure solutions.
Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and best practices in all infrastructure-related activities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure technology and SAP Basis administration.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and system monitoring.
Knowledge of integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.
Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
Familiarity with database management and performance tuning.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
