**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be joining Redesign Health as a Lead to support the global development efforts. Your main responsibility will be to build global development operating systems, develop new markets, work alongside Global Managing Directors, develop capital, and ultimately accelerate Redesign Health's global expansion to provide access to affordable, high-quality care worldwide. You will report directly to the Head of Global Development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop global development operating systems to support the expansion efforts. - Collaborate with Global Managing Directors to enter new markets and drive growth. - Lead capital development initiatives to support the global expansion. - Accelerate Redesign Health's global expansion efforts to ensure access to high-quality care globally. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience. - MBA preferred. - Prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or top-tier management consulting. - Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and engage with senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with expertise in executive-level presentation development. - Highly analytical with experience in evaluating markets, sizing opportunities, and developing investment theses. - Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep interest in healthcare, innovation, and building businesses from scratch. - International or cross-border experience with the ability to quickly adapt to new markets and cultures. **Additional Company Details:** Redesign Health is a global venture builder dedicated to launching AI-native healthcare ventures that revolutionize care delivery and experiences.
