Global Conference Producer

About the job

Job responsibilities

· Responsible for acquiring speakers for global conferences on clean energy (solar power, pumped storage, electric grids, offshore wind, etc) and clean transport

· Undertake research to identify speakers and to develop content for the conference.

· Maintain regular communication with speakers and act as central point of contact for speakers.

· Act as a support for the marketing team for a successful conference.

· Suggest ideas for conference topics, agendas, and sessions.

Requirements

· A good academic background with a bachelor's degree. Preferably BA (English) hons degree.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply

· First-rate written and verbal communication skills in English.

· We require someone who is organised, diligent, is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Be able to travel internationally to conference venues - Singapore, Amsterdam, Dubai, New York etc.

· Required skills: PPT (MS, google, canva, etc), excel, letter writing, business communications
