Global Client Architect

As a Global Client Architect at Autoliv, your primary goal is to contribute to increasing vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels. You will be responsible for the architecture of all technologies in the client technologies domain, which includes traditional office clients (Windows, MAC, Linux), mobile devices, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT, Linux) devices. Your key responsibilities in this role include: - Owning architecture of all technologies in the area and ensuring alignment with technologies in other areas/domains. - Working with lead engineers to implement new solutions and reviewing major technical changes to ensure alignment with architecture strategy. - Participating in the Infrastructure Architecture team to represent architectural needs and concerns related to the Client area. - Reviewing Client solution components of proposed architecture and providing technology guidance to solution architects. - Investigating industry trends and new technologies, evaluating and selecting new/replacement technologies, and collaborating with Product Domain Owner on architectural elements of Client technologies. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. - Fluency in English. - Client technical certifications or equivalent relevant industry experience. - Extended experience in an architect or senior engineer role designing complex client solutions. - EA related certifications (e.g. open group), Client related technical certifications (Microsoft), ITIL. Additionally, this role may require willingness to travel internationally and availability to take meetings with stakeholders from different geographical regions.
