Change Managment Leader

As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading team members to ensure the proper implementation of changes within the organization. You will need to communicate effectively and involve the right roles and people in the change management process. It is essential to interact with other affected functions to effectively manage the change and utilize the ECR PLM process to enforce the change. In this role, you will be required to manage the change according to Autoliv Change Management Standards and coordinate and follow up on the implementation in all impacted manufacturing sites. Utilizing the network system, both in terms of people and processes, will be crucial in managing the change efficiently. Ensuring that the change is scheduled in the Change Control Board (CCB) in a timely manner is also part of your responsibilities. If necessary, you will need to escalate issues to the Divisional/Global CCB and coordinate and communicate the change to the customer support groups. Providing management with a clear status of the change and its impacts will be essential for decision-making processes.,
